Have Proposed 3P Housing Perspectives (PHP) and Site Plans (SP) prepared.

Have Employees submit Housing Loan Applications (HLA) and BhN Information Sheet with HOA Membership Application.
Submit HLA's with Site Agreement and Development Program for Pag-Ibig Loans Pre-Approval.
With Pag-Ibig Pre-Approved Loans, submit with Cashflow and Development Program for Funding from KSF.
KSF (Kick Start Funds) to provide needed funds to start actual Project Implementation.
Development Loans from Pag-Ibig, Rural Banks, SHFC.
Project Implementation: Site Development, Housing Construction (per Program (Phases)), Appraisal, Turnover, Title Submission, Loan Releases.
After complete turnover of all Units, form HOA and initiate "Community Molding".
